You are always entitled to return/exchange your items within 14 days from the time of delivery.

Exchanges are always free of charge with Fairily recommended returns service, please contact us at for further information.

In case you don’t want an exchange you can return any item(s) for a refund, free of charge. All items are fully refunded and any shipping fees paid are also refunded in case you return the full order to make shopping at FAIRILY virtually risk free.

Simply register your refund, and follow the instructions to send the item(s) back. Once we have received and inspected your goods we will process the refund at which point you’ll receive a refund confirmation e-mail.

For the return to be accepted the returned items must be essentially in the same condition in which they were sold and with any seals intact. This does not apply if the items were damaged or otherwise changed due to any measure necessary to examine them, or due to any other circumstance not related to the consumer.
Please note that financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us, so we recommend that you only use Fairily´s selected postage labels and returns service. In case you prefer to return your item with any other delivery service, please make sure the parcel is sent with insured and traceable mode of transportation and that you keep your receipt for the shipment.

Fairily will repay the price of the item as soon as possible, however at the latest within 10 days from the date the item was returned and received by us.

The funds will be returned to your original method of payment. If you paid using your credit card, the amount will be repaid to the same card.
If you paid via invoice, you will be contacted by Klarna to provide necessary information to process your refund shortly after the refund has been authorized.

If you return your item(s) before you pay your Klarna invoice, please make sure to pause your statement either on your Klarna app or by contacting Klarna’s Customer Support. In this way, you don’t have to worry about reminders or late payment fees while you’re waiting for us to process the return.

Please note that it can take up to 10 working days for your return to be received and handled at our warehouse.
